New Operating Procedures

We are thrilled to welcome you all back to dine with us and are humbled by the support and messages of encouragement we've received from our guests and community over the past three months.

We sincerely appreciate your patience as we learn new systems and adjust to the "new normal."  Our end goal now remains the same as it has always been - we aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests to enjoy the delicious food and drink, and warm hospitality, that are signature to the Barbara Lynch Collective concepts.  Below please find an overview of our new standard operating procedures:

  • BLC staff will record their temperature upon arrival to work and will wear masks and gloves throughout their shift.  Guests must also wear masks, unless seated at the table eating.

  • Allotted dining time at tables will be limited; please visit each concept’s website for specific timelines.

  • We unfortunately are not able to accommodate more than 6 guests seated at one table, including infants and children.  Tables and chairs may not be moved or combined to create larger tables.

  • Reservations are accepted at each concept - with the exception of Drink, which will utilize a digital waitlist system.

  • Guests must maintain 6' distance from other diners at all times.

  • Contact information (name, phone number, email) must be provided by at least one person in each seated party for potential COVID-19 contact tracing.

  • In an effort to provide a contactless payment experience, QR codes will be printed on your receipt, allowing you to pay directly from your phone.

  • Tables, restrooms, and all other high-touch surfaces will be sanitized regularly in accordance with published guidelines.

  • One guest is allowed in the restroom at a time; we ask that guests do not congregate inside while waiting to use the restroom.

  • Our team will do our best to seat your party on time.  In the event that your table is not ready, please be prepared to walk around the neighborhood or wait in a nearby public area until your table is ready to prevent any groups congregating by the entrance.

  • Please note that in the event of inclement weather, we unfortunately may not be able to honor outdoor reservations and will reach out to all reserved guests if we must cancel due to rain.

  • Coat check and bag storage are not available at this time.
